When you ask about a rental or begin a reservation, FiWe may receive the contact details and event information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, requested rental, event date, and optional planning notes. A FiWe reservation reference may also be carried into checkout so the team can match a deposit to the correct request.
FiWe uses this information to respond to questions, review availability, confirm event details, administer the reservation process, and provide the rental or custom setup you request. Custom picnic and decoration requests are handled as staff-confirmed quotes rather than automatic online purchases.
The $100 reservation-deposit journey uses Shopify checkout. Payment-card details are handled by the checkout provider rather than entered into the public FiWe website. FiWe receives the booking information needed to coordinate the request and confirm the next steps with you.
If you choose “Accept analytics,” FiWe records an anonymous visitor identifier and the public page viewed to understand which pages are useful. If you choose “Essential only,” FiWe does not run this optional page-view analytics step. Your choice is stored in your browser so the banner does not reappear on every visit.
FiWe may display photographs of its rental inventory and styled setups to show available offerings. If you appear in a photo or want a photo removed, contact FiWe and include enough detail for the team to identify it.
